Skyline PTSA, in collaboration with Sandweiss Test Prep, is offering full-length Mock ACT and SAT diagnostic tests this October!

As standardized testing continues to play an important role in the college admissions process, these diagnostics offer a valuable opportunity for students to understand where they currently stand and determine which test may be a better fit.

📅 Mock ACT — Saturday, October 10
📅 Mock SAT — Saturday, October 17
📅 Scoreback Seminar — Thursday, October 22

Students may register for one or both diagnostic tests. Since colleges that accept standardized test scores accept either the SAT or ACT without preference, taking both can help students determine which exam plays more to their strengths.

Why Take a Diagnostic Test?

Results can help students and families:
• Determine whether the SAT or ACT may be the stronger choice
• Identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement
• Understand how much preparation may be needed
• Establish realistic score goals and a testing strategy

🎓 Scoreback Seminar — October 22

Students who participate in either diagnostic, along with their parents, are invited to attend a Scoreback Seminar with Steve Sandweiss, owner of Sandweiss Test Prep.

Families will receive their diagnostic results before the seminar. Steve will explain how to interpret the scores, discuss the current role of standardized testing in college admissions, provide guidance on next steps, and answer questions from students and parents.

Space is limited — register early to reserve your spot!
