Volunteers Needed for IB Exam

We still have dozens of IB exam proctoring spots to fill between April 29 and May 21. IBO maintains strict guidelines with supervision. Your support plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth testing process for our students and providing direct support to our staff.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference!

To volunteer at the school, you must be pre-approved by the District. The Volunteer Approval Process is simple, but it does take the District a few days to process your application. You can apply to be an approved volunteer here.

Once approved, you can sign up to volunteer to proctor exams here.

Guidelines for exam proctors: May 2025 IB Exams Guide for Proctors

  1. Please do NOT sign up to proctor an exam that your student is taking (please consult with your student).
  2. You will receive proctor training just prior to the start of your assigned shift so please be on time so we can stick to our schedule. For those parents signing up for exams that begin near to the start and end times of the school day, please keep in mind the traffic delays on 228th Ave SE. Please check in at the office to receive your volunteer badge.
  3. While proctoring, it is important that we maintain a quality environment for the students. Please refrain from unnecessary discussion with other proctors, stay off electronic devices, and do not bring other work to the test facility.

Thank you for your consideration! This program thrives on the support of our community

What’s The Difference Between PTSA, ASB, and ISF?

The Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA), Associated Student Body (ASB), and Issaquah Schools Foundation (ISF) are three separate but complementary organizations which provide a variety of support to multiple programs at Skyline. While each school has its own PTSA and ASB, the ISF supports all schools district-wide. For additional information, please click here.
